Tyga recently sat down with MTV and spoke to them on one of the most anticipated tracks from his upcoming album Hotel California, the Jadakiss and Tupac-featured cut Hit Em Up. Tyga talks about how the track came about, getting Jadakiss featured instead of Nicki Minaj, and how the record is not a remake of Pac’s 1996 diss record Hit Em Up.
Tyga’s first single Dope featuring Rick Ross didn’t do so well on the charts but for the second single, For The Road, he’s looking to change that and top the charts! Well, with Chris Brown on the hook of a radio-friendly track, that isn’t necessarily hard to do. Hotel California hits stores on April 9th.

French Montana and Tyga link up for the official Thrilla In Manilla video, which appeared on French’s Excuse My French mixtape. The DJ Mustard-produced track originally featured Tyga and Ace Hood but Ace didn’t make it on the video for some reason. Montana’s Excuse My French album is set to hit stores on May 21st and Tyga’s Hotel California album is set to hit stores on April 9th.
