Lil Wayne Hints At New Big Tymers Album With Drake; Not Planning To Release “Tha Carter V” Anytime Soon

Lil Wayne, in an interview with MTV, said that he has plenty of work to come before his final album Tha Carter V. Two of the possible albums Weezy mentioned were Like Father Like Son 2 with Birdman and a new Big Tymers album with Drake. Now there is no guarantee either one of these albums will see the light of day but at least there’s a possibility. We will likely hear more about the project when Wayne and Baby appear on MTV’s RapFix Live tomorrow at 4pm EST.

While out in NYC, Drake stopped by and gave a very interesting interview while on East Village Radio. Drizzy speaks on his upcoming album Nothing Was The Same and the recording process behind it, his two latest joints Started From The Bottom and 5AM In Toronto, Rick Ross’ rape lyrics and how it’s a wake up call, current relationship with The Weeknd and Pusha T, beef with Chris Brown and plenty more.

The quotable we’ll all remember from this interview is when Drake spoke on Chris Brown, saying:

“I make better music than him. I am more popping than him. At one point the woman he loves fell into my lap.”

Also, Drake plans on releasing two brand new tracks next week. One of these tracks will be No New Friends, featuring Rick Ross and produced by Boi-1da.
