Run DMC to Reunite for Fun Fun Fun Fest

Run DMC to Reunite for Fun Fun Fun Fest

Joseph “Run” Simmons and Darryl “DMC” McDaniels, members of the acclaimed hip-hop group Run DMC, will perform their first show in a decade at the Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin, Texas. The group retired after the death of Jam Master Jay in 2002. Festival producer James Moody stated that “We couldn’t be more excited. Run-DMC is one of our favorite bands, and one of the most influential groups of all-time – that we never thought that we would get to see play live, much less play in Austin at our festival. This is as big as it gets and we are so proud to be working with them.” Fun Fun Fun Fest will take place on November 2nd to the 4th.
