Kid Cudi took to his Twitter account to give us some interesting details about his upcoming album Indicud. He revealed that he has features from Kanye West, Pusha T, Jaden Smith, Kendrick Lamar, Chip Tha Ripper, and Cage on the album. He is also working on getting features from Jay-Z, 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Ratatat, Diplo, and MGMT. Check out his tweets below.
Joseph “Run” Simmons and Darryl “DMC” McDaniels, members of the acclaimed hip-hop group Run DMC, will perform their first show in a decade at the Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin, Texas. The group retired after the death of Jam Master Jay in 2002. Festival producer James Moody stated that “We couldn’t be more excited. Run-DMC is one of our favorite bands, and one of the most influential groups of all-time – that we never thought that we would get to see play live, much less play in Austin at our festival. This is as big as it gets and we are so proud to be working with them.” Fun Fun Fun Fest will take place on November 2nd to the 4th.
Yelawolf took to his facebook and twitter account earlier to announce that after meeting in Denmark, the album “Country Cuzins” is in progress. The album is a collaboration with fellow southern rapper Big K.R.I.T.
Frank Ocean will be a special guest tonight on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, and there is a “big announcement” to be made on the show. This “big announcement” was leaked early by the people who were in attendance for the show’s taping earlier today.
The news was that Frank’s new album Channel Orange will be released exclusively on iTunes tonight at showtime (12:35 EST), one week before the July 17th physical release. The other tweets stated that Frank will be performing Bad Religion, a new song from the album.
Reps at Def Jam have stated that the decision to move the Channel Orange release date up was just made today. Remember, Frank loves to release things as a surprise and FrankOcean.net reported that Frank said he wanted to release the project as a surprise. Will you be purchasing the album tonight?

On the red carpet of the ASCAP Awards, producer No I.D. tells MTV that after G.O.O.D. Music’s Cruel Summer album drops, there is a good chance that Kanye’s sixth studio album will drop soon after.
“He’s coming right after that. I’m not working on that [Cruel Summer] album, I’m working on his album. This is Kanye. You know what to expect from the family. He hasn’t missed yet, so don’t expect him to miss. It’s what you expect and everything you don’t expect.”
After Chris Brown and Drake’s fight at the NYC club a couple weeks back, billionaire media mogul Alki David put out an open offer out to both artists to fight in the ring for a total of $10 million. The offer was that $9 million would go to the winner and $1 million would go to the loser. However, David said that the winner will be encouraged to donate his earnings to a charity of his choice.
Last night in Los Angeles, Chris Brown’s agreement was caught on camera by RumorFix. The paparazzi asked Chris if he would consider taking up on the offer and he responded with, “Yeah, I would. I would.” Check out the video of Chris’ response below.
While Lil Wayne was out at the 2012 X Games yesterday, he participated in a live online chat with his fans and answered quite a few of his fans’ questions. While some of the questions were dumb, there were quite a few interesting questions that Weezy answered.
